We were told we had/have a respiratory virus that was/is killing people, then ppl were instructed to wear masks that obstruct breathing, now after what happened in Minneapolis the whole world is chanting “I can't breathe.”
Pranayama is the conscious awareness of breath. The term is derived from Sanskrit; prana means breath, respiration, vitality or energy. Ayama means expansion or stretching. Thus, Pranayama connotes extension and control of breath.
Thousands and millions are chanting, "I can't breathe". This negative mantra/affirmation has been orchestrated. They are controlling your very breathing, and subsequently your ability to breathe.
Mantras are powerful. By chanting mantras/affirmations you are programming your subconscious mind to reverberate with the said mantra that is being chanted. Since the mantras have a certain level of consciousness, you are also vibrating with that consciousness.
You do the rest to piece it together. Go cleanse your soul from these satanic rituals and spells they have everyone all over the world unknowingly doing. Brainwashing.
Lightworkers: we must hold a mass meditation to reverse this darkness back to light. I CAN Breathe. We CAN Breathe.
This is not meant to add insult to injury. There are other ways to approach all of this besides weakening the body and spirit through speaking these mantras (or speaking/promoting hatred which is also very toxic to the body and spirit).

Okay, not sure what "Q" stands for.
They keep saying it is related to the number 13. While I don't believe 13 is a "bad luck number" seems odd that they would choose that number to represent them. It has to mean something more because with them everything is about symbolism.
The number 13 also represents the goddess, and the goddess is dark. Now that might mean something. Is it that their saying;
"This is the dark light of Lucifer."
Then there is the snake, not just any snake, but a poisonous rattle snake! Does this represent the same snake on the Tree Tree of Knowledge of Good & Evil out to trick us again?
Then there is the yellow color & something I read about that recently. The more I learn the less I like this.
Then I saw another beast coming up out of the Earth,
Revelations 13:11. ... and he had two horns like a lamb and spoke like a dragon. And he exercises all the authority of the first beast in his presence and causes the Earth and those who dwell in it to worship the first beast, whose head was deadly wound was healed ... And he deceives those who dwell on the earth by those signs which he was granted to do in the sight of the beast telling those who dwell on the earth to make an image to the beast who was wounded by the sword and lived. He was granted to give breathe to the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak and cause as many as would not worship the image of the beast to be killed.
He causes all both small and great, rich and poor, free and slave to receive a mark on their right hand or on their foreheads and that no one may buy or sell except one who has the mark or the name of the beast.
